How to change log-in credentials: e-mail address and password

🔐 Change password

In the web app:

  1. Click the 'Profile' icon in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select 'Profile settings', then 'Change password'.

  3. In the pop-up window, enter your current and new passwords. The new password must contain at least 6 characters (both letters and numbers).

  4. Click 'Done'. Now your account is secure!

In the mobile app:

  1. Open the 'Profile' tab, tap your e-mail address, and then select 'Change password'.

  2. Enter your current and new passwords. The new password must contain at least 6 characters (both letters and numbers).

  3. Tap 'Change password' when finished. All done!

❓Forgot your password? Here's what to do

In the web app:

  1. Click the 'Profile' icon in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select 'Profile settings', then 'Change password' and 'Forgot your password?'.

  3. You'll see a message notifying you that a temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your OneSoil account. Click 'Reset password' to proceed.

  4. Copy the temporary password from the e-mail, return to the OneSoil web app to enter the temporary password, and click 'Sign in'.

  5. Proceed to change your password to the one you want. That's it!

In the mobile app:

  1. Open the 'Profile' tab, tap your e-mail address and then 'Change password.

  2. After that, tap the 'Forgot your password?' button. Enter your e-mail address and tap 'Continue'. A temporary password will be sent to your e-mail address.

  3. Copy the temporary password from the e-mail, return to the OneSoil app, and enter the temporary password. Tap 'Continue' and proceed to change your password to the one you want. That's it!

📩 Change e-mail address

In the web app:

  2. Select 'Profile settings', then 'Change e-mail address'.

  3. In the pop-up window, enter your new e-mail address and current account password.

  4. Click 'Done'. We'll send an e-mail to the address you entered. Follow the link from the e-mail to confirm your new e-mail address. Now your new e-mail address is linked to your OneSoil account!

In the mobile app:

  1. Open the 'Profile' tab and select 'Change e-mail address'.

  2. Enter your new e-mail address and current account password.

  3. Tap the 'Change e-mail address' button. We'll send you an e-mail to the address you entered. Follow the link from the e-mail to confirm your new e-mail address. That's it!
