Mobile and web app data is synced automatically.
To check if devices in your account are being synced, leave a note in a field in the mobile app and look at its status. The data isn't being synced if there's a grey upload icon next to the note's name.
If you're having issues with synchronization:
Make sure you're logged into the same account in the mobile and web app.
Make sure you have actually logged into your account in the mobile and web apps.
Check your internet connection. If it's not stable, the changes might not get synced immediately.
If several people are using the account at the same time, synchronization may take some time. To avoid this problem, close the app when you're not using it.
