You can delete your OneSoil account in a few simple steps. Please note that all data will be deleted permanently.
🖥 To delete your account in the web app:
Click the Profile icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
Select Account Settings, then Delete Account.
Enter the email linked to your account and click Delete Permanently.
We'll send you a message to this email address. To confirm account deletion, follow the link in the message.
If you didn't specify an email address when registering, please send us a message in the app's support chat or to care@onesoil.ai.
📱To delete your account in the mobile app:
Open the Profile tab, tap My account, and then select Delete Account.
Confirm that you really want to permanently delete your account.
