Your location is determined by the GPS module inside your smartphone. You can improve the accuracy by using specialized hardware or moving to an open area where the phone can easily receive signals from the satellite and/or Wi-Fi points.

Check that the app has permission to the device's location in the phone settings.
Clear the app's cache in your phone settings, delete the app from your device, and reinstall it from Google Play or the App Store.
