AI Agronomist is an AI-powered assistant in the OneSoil mobile app. It analyzes data from a specific field, highlights areas that need attention, and answers questions about the field in clear, easy-to-understand language.
Unlike general-purpose AI chat tools, AI Agronomist works with the data available for your field, including satellite imagery, weather, field operations, crop history, and notes added by you or your team.
How to Unlock AI Agronomist
AI Agronomist is available with the Monitoring + AI Agronomist subscription.
To unlock the feature:
Open a field in the OneSoil mobile app.
Open AI Agronomist chat.
Tap Unlock AI Agronomist.
Select the Monitoring + AI Agronomist subscription plan.
Review the covered area, billing period, and price.
Confirm your purchase through Google Play or the App Store.
You can also purchase a subscription from the Subscription section in your profile.
The subscription price may depend on your region and the total area of fields in your workspace. The final price is displayed in Google Play or the App Store before you confirm the purchase.

After completing the payment, return to the OneSoil app. The subscription should activate automatically.

identify and prioritize field zones that may require attention;
use information you previously added about the field;
turn satellite, weather, and field data into understandable conclusions;
recommend areas to inspect during your next field scouting;
suggest what to consider before spraying, fertilizing, and other field operations;
compare the field with nearby fields and its historical data;
answer questions in a field-specific chat.
How AI Agronomist Works
Each AI Agronomist chat is linked to a specific field. When preparing an answer or field analysis, the assistant may use:
satellite imagery and vegetation changes;
weather conditions;
crop rotation;
completed field operations;
crop protection products and seed varieties;
historical yield data;
field notes added by you or your team.AI Agronomist combines these data sources and turns them into conclusions that can help you understand what is happening in the field and decide what to inspect next.
How to Ask a Question About a Field
Open the field you want to analyze.
Open the AI Agronomist chat.
Enter your question.
Review the answer and check any areas highlighted by the assistant.
Add notes, photos, or information about completed operations after inspecting the field.
AI Agronomist uses the context of the currently selected field. Before asking a question, make sure you have opened the correct field.
What You Can Ask AI Agronomist
For example, you can ask:
“What has changed in this field over the last 48 hours?”
“Which areas should I scout first?”
“Compare field development this season with previous seasons.”
“How may recent weather have affected the field?”
“What should I check before the next field operation?”
AI Agronomist generates answers based on the data available for the selected field rather than relying only on general agronomic information.
Weekly Field Analysis
AI Agronomist automatically prepares a field analysis every seven days.
The analysis considers recent changes in satellite data, weather conditions, field operations, and information added by your team. It helps you identify which areas should be checked first.
How to Get Better Answers
Keep your field information up to date:
select the correct crop for the current season;
record planting, spraying, fertilization, and other field operations;
add field notes and photos during scouting.
AI Agronomist remembers the information added to the field and uses it as context for future answers.
AI Agronomist Is Not Available
Check that:
you are using the OneSoil mobile app;
you are in the correct account and workspace;
the OneSoil Monitoring + AI Agronomist subscription is active;
the purchase was completed successfully.
