OneSoil Mobile Subscription

Written by Alex

Starting in May 2026, OneSoil mobile will operate on a freemium model. Basic monitoring features will remain free for everyone, while more advanced tools for daily fieldwork will be available with a subscription.

What’s available for free

Free features are available to all users, with no limit on the number of fields:

  • Virtual Weather Station — add virtual weather stations anywhere and view the weather forecast for a specific location.

  • The latest cloud-free field image — NDVI, moisture, and satellite imagery for each field.

  • Hyperlocal precipitation map for the next hour — an accurate short-term rain forecast.

  • Field notes with photos and geolocation.

  • Access to all fields and seasons — all your data is saved, and nothing is blocked.

What’s available with a subscription

The subscription unlocks tools for users who rely on OneSoil as a daily field monitoring tool:

  • Full-season history — NDVI, moisture, and satellite imagery for each field over time, week by week.

  • 4-hour hyperlocal precipitation forecast — an accurate forecast linked to a specific field, not the nearest weather station.

  • Spraying Windows — recommendations for the best time to spray based on precipitation, wind, humidity, and temperature.

  • Field boundary download — export your field boundaries for use in other systems.

How pricing works

The subscription price depends on two factors: your region and the total area of fields in your account.

Three packages are available:

  • Small — for smaller farms

  • Medium — for medium-sized farms

  • Large — for larger farms

Exact prices are shown in the App Store and Google Play in your local currency, based on your region and the selected package.

The quarterly subscription is cheaper than the monthly one thanks to an additional discount.

How hectares are counted in your account

The subscription is calculated based on unique fields in your workspace.

If the same field appears in several seasons, it is counted once, not separately for each season. For example, a 100-hectare field that appears in the 2024, 2025, and 2026 seasons is counted as 100 hectares — not 300.

If you have different fields in different seasons, their areas are added together.

How to choose the right package size

The package size depends on how many hectares are in your workspace. If your account contains more fields than you want to monitor, keep only the fields that are relevant to your work — the package will be calculated based on their area.

In other words, it’s simple: the fields that remain in the workspace are the fields used to calculate the subscription.

If you work with fields from several clients

If your organization manages fields for different clients in one account, you have flexibility:

  • Split the fields across different workspaces and purchase separate subscriptions for each one.

  • Keep the fields in one workspace and choose the most suitable package.

The structure depends on what works best for your team.

Trial period

A free trial is available when you choose a quarterly subscription — 1 week. You’ll be able to test all subscription features before the first payment is charged. There is no trial period for the monthly subscription.

The trial is activated automatically when you start a quarterly subscription in the App Store or Google Play.

Managing your subscription

The subscription is managed through your App Store or Google Play account — the same place where you manage any other app subscriptions.

If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, your account automatically returns to the free version. All your fields, seasons, and notes remain in your account — nothing is deleted.

If you decide to come back, you can subscribe again at any time.

Special cases

  • OneSoil Pro. If you have a OneSoil Pro subscription, all mobile app features are already included in your plan. No additional action is required.

  • Students and educators. If you use OneSoil for academic or non-profit purposes, write to us at care@onesoil.ai — we provide free access.
